Thea Kuperus, aged 74, of Coopersville went to be with her Savior (Ephesians 2:8) on Tuesday, July 31, 2012. She was preceded in death by her beloved daughter and friend Christine Boyce and sister Trudy VanderVeen. Thea was a loving wife to Henry, devoted mother to Janice (Doug) Hoezee, Miles (Joy) Kuperus, Amy (Dan) Koetsier, Frank (Dawn) Kuperus, John (Laura) Kuperus and Chad Boyce. She was an unconventional grandmother to 15 and great-grandma to Elias. Theaé�a�a��s treasured sisters, Grace Follette and Mary Douma will greatly miss their é�a�A"big sister.é�a�� Tante Taya also leaves behind many nieces, nephews and in-laws. Thea had many close friends and was loyal to them all. Her sense of humor and quirkiness, which made her unique to this world, will be missed by all who knew and loved her. Henryé�a�a��s family extends a blessed thank-you to her chemo nurse Linda, Faith Hospice, and especially to all those who helped Theaé�a�a��s family honor her wish to remain in her home in her final weeks. -----Tot Ziens!!----- A celebration of Theaé�a�a��s life will take place at 2 p.m. Friday, August 3rd at the Coopersville Christian Reformed Church, 200 Henry St, Coopersville.
