Teresa Jean Jorgensen

Teresa Jean Jorgensen, age 59, of Coopersville, passed away unexpectedly Saturday, July 13, 2024. She was born in Coopersville, MI to the late Charles and Marcia (Lubben) Goosen. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her sister Lauri Janose. Teresa was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and sister. Her greatest accomplishment was being called grandma. Her kids, grandkids and dog, Frank, were the center of her world and the light of her life. She will be deeply missed by her husband of 33 years, Bruce Jorgensen; children, Angela (Brian) Backing and Adam Jorgensen; grandchildren, Chance and Creed Backing; sisters, Kelly Nanninga and Lesli Finkler; and several nieces and nephews. In keeping with her wish cremation has taken place. A private family interment will be held in Coopersville-Polkton Twp. Cemetery.
