Stanley Gillespie

Stanley Gillespie, age 72, passed away Wednesday, August 24, 2022. He was born in Conklin, MI. to the late Gerald and Delores (Gillhespy) Gillespie. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife Sandie, granddaughter Halley Gibbons, brother Bob and brother-in-law Dan Norton. Stanley loved to work and be outdoors, he enjoyed mowing his lawn and bailing hay. He will be deeply missed by his children, Sonya (Loren) Peterson, Mary Jo Hibbard (Rick) Imkamp; grandchildren, Kendra Smith, Markes Peterson, Loren III (Yu-Chi) Peterson, Ashely (Doug) Sheffer, Allison Hibbard, Mariah Coleman; great grandson, Alexander Lane; siblings, Alan (Faythe) Gillespie, Kathy Norton; sister-in-law, Theresa Gillespie and several nieces, nephews and special friends. In keeping with his wish cremation has taken place. A life celebration gathering will take place 3:00 P.M. Saturday, September 3, 2022 at Stanley’s home, 20766 Squires Rd. Conklin, MI 49403.
