Starks Mr Russell H. Starks, aged 81, of Coopersville passed away Friday Oct 16, 2009. He was preceded in death by his wife Theda in Dec. 2005. Surviving are his children Anthony (Lucy) Starks, Connie Starks, and Larry Starks; 9 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; brothers Foster é�a�A"Budé�a�� (Violet) Starks, and Harold Starks; sister-in-laws Mary Jane Mengel and Pat (Gerald) Cappy; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral Services will be held Monday 11:00 a.m. at the Throop Funeral Home, Coopersville. Rev John Morse officiating. Burial in Coopersville Cemetery. Visitation Sunday 2:00 to 4:00 and 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the Throop Funeral Home, Coopersville. In lieu of flowers memorials to Hospice of North Ottawa, or American Diabetes Assoc. appreciated.
