Russell G. Rolfe, age 68, was called home to his Lord very unexpectedly Saturday, December 15, 2018. Russ was a graduate of Coopersville High School and owner/operator of the only true semi-truck, a Kenworth. He was a member of Lamont Community Church, enjoyed hunting, cars, antique tractors and pulling his Farmall M tractor at the tractor pulls. Russ was preceded in death by his father Glenn Rolfe. He is survived by his 10 children, Shawn (Manuel) Fuentes, Jaymie (Jennifer) Rolfe, Michelle (John) Kriger, Jim Rolfe, Kevin (Kim) Rolfe, Josh (Laura) Rolfe, Tricia (Bill) Russell, Julie (Scott) Zylstra, Audrey Trevino, Angie (Rene) Montoya; 23 grandchildren; a soon to arrive great granddaughter; mother, Betty Rolfe; brothers, Randy (Joann) Rolfe, Bob (Lesa) Rolfe and Keith (Laurie) Rolfe; many nieces, nephews, cousins and best friend Russ Lillie. Funeral Services will be held 11:00 am, Thursday, December 20, 2018 at Lamont Community Church, 14000 48th Ave, Coopersville, with Rev Rick LeFebre officiating. Burial will be in the Coopersville-Polkton Twp. Cemetery. Visitation will be held Wednesday 2-4 and 6-8 pm at the Throop Funeral Home, 214 Church St, Coopersville.
