Peter Twork

Mr Peter Paul Twork, aged 89, of Conklin, passed away early Monday March 19, 2012 at Poppen Hospice Residence in Muskegon, MI. Peter was born April 2, 1922 in Chicago IL to John and Frances Twork who preceded him in death and was also preceded in death by his grandson, Robert Cody Twork. Peter served in the US Navy during WW II and as was employed as a tool maker until his retirement. He is survived by his wife Dorothy; 7 children Paul (Patricia) Twork, Peter (Tena) Twork, Priscilla (Ron) Twork, Danny (Carol) Twork, Edward (Deb) Twork, Stephen (Karrie) Twork and Gordon (Jessie) Twork; 16 grandchildren; 30 great grandchildren; brother John and his wife Rosie; his sister Eleanor and many nieces and nephews. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Saturday 1:00 pm at St Joseph Catholic Church, 18876 8th Ave, Conklin, 49403. Fr. Fred Brucker celebrant. Burial in St Joseph Cemetery. Visitation hours Friday 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 pm at the Throop Funeral Home with Rosary Prayers 6 pm Friday evening at the funeral home. Visitation will also be held at Church Saturday one hour prior to the service. Memorial donations may be made to St Jospeh Catholic School, 17150 88th Ave, Conklin MI 49403.
