Patricia Holmes

Patricicia A. Holmes, age 81, of Coopersville, was called home to her Lord Friday, April 12, 2013. Pat was a life long resident of Coopersville, faithful member of Coopersville United Methodist Church, and worked over 35 years at Coopersville Schools as a cook and custodian. She was preceded in death by her husband Earl. Pat was a devoted mother, grandmother and great grandmother, had a kind word for all and was always there to help in any way she could. She is survived by her 4 sons, Fred Holmes and Linda Holmes, Burton Holmes, Ralph (Roxanne) Holmes, and Larry (Kimberly) Holmes; 11 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren and many friends. In keeping with her wish cremation has taken place. A Memorial Service will be held 2 pm Saturday April 20, 2013 at the Throop Funeral Home in Coopersville with interment in Coopersville Cemetery. Relatives and friends may meet the family from 12 noon to 2 pm Saturday April 20, 2013 at the funeral home.
