Oscar Potter

Oscar Raymond Potter, age 88, passed away, November 2, 2013. He was born October 24, 1925, in Shelby MI to Oscar and Sarah (Wilder) Potter who preceded him in death. Oscar served in the US Marine Corp during WW II, was a retired sheet metal worker and former little league coach in Coopersville. He taught his family to always be ethical as this was very important to him. He was preceded in death by his son Richard in 2002, great granddaughter Kiersten and great grandson Hayden. He is survived by his wife, Genevieve é�a�A"Gené�a�� Potter; children, Sandra (Dave) White, Marie Rood, Sheryl Kuzniar and friend Oene Pomper, Mike (Valerie) Potter, Mark (Susan) Potter, Rita (Dennis) Zimmer, Brian Potter; daughter-in-law Connie Potter; 19 grand children; 25 great grand children, and one great great grandchild.
