Myles Bentley, age 70, was called home to be with his Lord, Wednesday, December 3, 2014. He was born in Amery WI to Carl and Caroline (Jensen) Bentley who preceded him in death. Myles was also preceded in death by his daughter Cheri Lynn Bentley in 1994. Myles was the current VP of Centennial Park Counseling, prior to this Myles worked for many years in the Tool and Die industry, was also employed as the Executive VP of an audio company and served in the ministry as a Pastor for 25 years. Myles enjoyed spending time with family and friends, woodworking and had a passion for hunting. He just returned from a hunting trip out west with his brother-in-law Jerry. Myles had a deep love for others and a strong faith in God. He will be deeply missed by his wife of 47 years Janice é�a�A"Jané�a��; granddaughter Julia (Antonio) Lombardo; Allen (Sharlene) Turner; siblings, Gena Mae (Jack) Nelson, Dorothey Bentley, Charles (NormaJean) Bentley and Terry Bentley; brother and sister-in-laws, Roger (Bertha) Best, Jerry (Darlene) Best, Gloria (Roy) Clark, Colleen DiMercurio, Martha Newman, Daniel Best, Stacey (Tom) Evans and many nieces, nephews and dear friends. Funeral services will be held 11 am Tuesday at Calvary Church, 707 East Beltline Ave NE, Grand Rapids. Burial will be in the Marne Cemetery. Relatives and friends may meet the family Monday 6 to 9 pm at the Throop Funeral Home, 214 Church St, Coopersville and Tuesday one hour prior to the service at Church.
