Marilyn Meindertsma

Mrs Marilyn Meindertsma, aged 77, of Coopersville was called home to her Lord Saturday Oct. 8, 2011. Marilyn was born March 28, 1934 to Clifford and Marian (Busman) Veldman who preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by her husband Calvin who passed away Sept 22, 2002. Marilyn is survived by her children; Todd (Debbie) Meindertsma, Sue Meindertsma, and Jan (Louie) DeMaagd, six grandchildren; John, Logan, and Darcy DeMaagd and Zachary, Benjamin, and Megan Meindertsma, her brother; Jay (Virginia) Veldman, her sisters; Leona (Bert) Schipper and Sharon (Don) Young and several nieces and nephews. Funeral Services will be held Tuesday 11:00 am at Church of The Saviour 180 N. 68th Ave., Coopersville, MI. Rev David Kingma officiating. Burial will be in Coopersville Cemetery. Relatives and friends may meet the family Monday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm at the Throop Funeral Home in Coopersville. Memorial donations may be made to Fountain View Estates 640 W.
