b. July 6, 1937

Mr Lawrence é�a�A"Sonnyé�a�� Marshall, aged 75, of Coopersville lost his battle with cancer and was called home to his Lord Sunday July 29, 2012. He was born July 6, 1937 in Coopersville to Lloyd and Harriett Grace (Kooiman) Marshall who preceded him in death. Sonny served in the US Army, was a volunteer fireman for the City of Coopersville, worked for the Coopersville Co-op and retired from Heath Manufacturing. He was also preceded in death by his daughter Caroline, grandson Jonathan, brother Mike, sisters Charlotte and Dorothy. Sonny is survived by his wife of 53 years Aleatha é�a�A"Leeé�a�� Marshall; children, Jean (Paul) Gallagher, Shawn (Deb) Marshall, Lorinda Tammens; grandchildren, Tara (Alan) Holmes, Sara Price, Monica (Paul) Magoon, June (Matt) Schwartz, Shawn Marshall II; great grandchildren, Nevaeh, Khloe, Andrew, Zayla, Braylon; brother Tom Marshall, sisters, Alma (Dick) DesJardins, Kitty (Chuck) Fritz, Sharon (Rick) Meinel, Mary (Joe) Thompson, brother-in-laws Blaine (Lucy) Sessions, Gerald (Jean) Sessions; sister-in-laws Patricia (Tim) Smith, Vera Sessions, Dorothy Session and many nieces and nephews. In keeping with Sonnyé�a�a��s wish cremation has taken place. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Wednesday August 1st at St Michaelé�a�a��s Catholic Church, 17150 88th Ave, Coopersville. Interment will be in St Michaelé�a�a��s Cemetery. Relatives and friends may greet the family Wednesday at Church from 4 to 6 pm.
