Lauri Ellen Wagner, age 60, passed away Wednesday, Oct 7, 2020. Lauri was born in Muskegon, MI., to the late Howard Wagner and Leona (Miskowiecz) Wagner. She was a graduate of Ravenna High School and Western Michigan University. Lauri worked for her mother at the Highway Roller Rink (Roller-Fox) in Ravenna and was employed as an Inside Sales Manager where she worked for the Grand Rapids Press, Grand Haven Tribune and at Self Lube in Coopersville. Lauri was a member of the Pinto Horse Association of America and enjoyed showing her horses at various Pinto horse shows. Lauri is survived by her sister Constance (Giancarlo) Balawender Cruz; brother, Kimberly “Kim” (Sandy) Wagner; 6 nieces, Danielle Wagner, Cynthia “Cindy” Pearo, Brooke Wagner, Erin Wagner, Jill Poffinbarger and Sherri Wagner; nephew, Giancarlo Cruz; longtime friend Camille Weaver; special cousins Harry (Brenda) Wagner and Missy (Randy) Ruch; Tazz Wagner her cat and constant companion and many other loved ones and friends. In addition to her parents Lauri was also preceded in death by her brother Timothy “Tim” Wagner. In keeping with her wish cremation has taken place. Family and friends will gather Sunday Oct 11, 2020 at the First Reformed Church of Ravenna, 3327 Mortimer St, Ravenna, MI 49451 to share memories from 2 – 3 P.M. Following this time of sharing a Graveside Committal Service will be held at the Ravenna Twp. Cemetery where Lauri will be interred beside her father and brother.
