Laura B (Carson) Andrews

Laura Belle (Carson) Andrews, age 96, of Coopersville was called home to her Lord and Saviour Monday, July 31, 2023. She was born in Ravenna Twp., MI to the late Charles and Julia (Marsh) Carson. In addition to her parents She was also preceded in death by her husband Carroll Andrews Jan. 13, 2013, son Larry Andrews and daughter-in-law Julie Andrews. Laura will be deeply missed by her children, Carol (AL) Millen, Joyce (Bruce) Hendrickson, Kurt Andrews, Rick (Sue) Andrews and Alyce (Dave) Sturgeon; 9 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren; 3 great great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.  She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Conklin. Laura enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, gardening, sewing, camping, baking bread, pies and cookies and she always had treats on hand for anyone who stopped at her home. Funeral services will be held 11:00 A.M. Saturday, August 5, 2023 at Trinity Lutheran Church, 1379 Harding St, Conklin, MI 49403 with Rev. Mark Oswald officiating. Burial will take place following a luncheon at church in the Coopersville Polkton Twp. Cemetery at 1:30 P.M. Relatives and friends may meet the family Friday, August 4, 2023 from 5:00 to 7:00 P.M. at the Throop Funeral Home, 214 Church St. Coopersville, MI 49404 and Saturday one hour prior to the funeral from 10:00 to 11:00 AM at Trinity Lutheran Church in Conklin. Memorial donations may be made to Trinity Lutheran Church, 1379 Harding St, Conklin, MI 49403 or Fountain View Assisted Living-Coopersville, 640 W. Randall St, Coopersville, MI 49404.
