Judith Keefe

Judith “Judy” Keefe, age 76, passed away Thursday, August 22, 2019. Judy was born in Grand Rapids, MI. to the late Leo and Annie Berneice (McGinness) Rowland. In addition to her parents she was also preceded in death by her sisters and brothers-in-law, Eleanor (Harvey) VanDam and Betty (Jack) Staley and in-laws Erma (Roman) Igleski. Judy enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, taking road trips, camping and traveling to Nascar races with friends. She enjoyed decorating and floral designing as well as selling her M & J Kettle Corn at the Ada and Lowell farmers markets with her husband Mike. The family wishes to extend a thank you to Covenant Living Skilled Nursing Staff and Spectrum Hospice for the care they gave Judy. Judy is survived by her husband of 54 yrs. Mike Keefe; children Mike (Barb) Keefe and Kim (Chris) Kropf; grandchildren, Joey Keefe, Maddie Keefe, Emily Kropf and Kenny Kropf; many nieces, nephews and friends. Funeral Services will be held 11:00 amTuesday, Aug. 27, 2019 at the Throop Funeral Home, 214 Church St, Coopersville with Rev Brian Kyle officiating. Burial will take place at Rosedale Memorial Park in Standale. Visitation will be 2-4 and 6-8 pm Monday Aug. 26, 2019 at the Throop Funeral Home in Coopersville.  Memorial donations may be made to Spectrum Health Hospice, 100 Michigan St. NE.
