John A. Lintjer, age 83, of Allendale, was called home to his Lord and reunited with his wife Ruth on Monday January 7, 2013. John is survived by his children, Donna (Don) VanBeek, Dorothy (Gary) Burton, Bob (Jan) Lintjer, David (Betsy) Lintjer; 15 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; sisters Jess (Bob) Verstrat, Gert VanderKolk, Mary (Mark) Thompson, Ruth (Jim) Irish; sister-in-laws Delores (Bud) Postma, Joy (Dale) Bush; brother-in-laws Dave Hoogerhyde, John (Mary) Hoogerhyde, Jerry Hoogerhyde, Terry Hoogerhyde and many nieces and nephews. In keeping with Johné�a�a��s wish cremation has taken place. A Memorial Service will be held 11:00 am Monday, Jan 14th at the Coopersville Reformed Church 423 W. Randall St, Coopersville. Rev Arnold VanBeek officiating. Interment will be in Maplewood Cemetery in Lamont. Relatives and friends may meet the family Sunday 2 to 6 pm at the Throop Funeral Home, 214 Church St, Coopersville.
