Jean Borgman

Mrs Jean Borgman, age 66, of Coopersville, was called to heaven after a courageous fight with cancer on Tuesday, August 25, 2015. Jean was preceded in death by her parents Sietse and Hendrika (Prins) Spriensma. She was a woman of strong faith and had a deep love for her Lord, family and friends. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, tending her flower gardens and gardening. She will be deeply missed by her husband Joseph; daughters Jennifer Borgman, Jessica and Eric Stuive and Jodi Borgman; grandchildren, Alexander, Elijah, Malachi and Samuel; siblings, Ike and Judy Spriensma, Doug and Cathy Spriensma and Eileen and Henry DeJonge; brothers-in-law Vern and Joyce Borgman and Tom and Joann Borgman along with several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held Saturday 11:00 a.m. at the Coopersville Christian Reformed Church located at 200 Henry St. with Rev Jeph Noble officiating. Burial will be in the Coopersville-Polkton Twp. Cemetery. Relatives and friends may meet the family Friday 2-4 and 6-8 pm at the Throop Funeral Home, 214 Church St in Coopersville.
