Gary Goll

Gary H. Goll, age 64, of Sparta, originally of Ravenna, passed away unexpectedly Friday, June 16, 2017. Gary was preceded in death by his father, Fredrick H. Goll Jr, Nov 14, 2016, niece, Faith Elaine Taylor, aunts, Geraldine "Peggy" Hittle and June Klintworth, uncles, John Mink Jr., Frank Goll, Albert Goll and Wesley Goll. Gary will be missed by his children, Daniel Goll and Anne (Charles) Lake; 8 grandchildren, Alan Goll, Chase Goll and Samantha Goll, Brittney Buckner, Xaviara Lake, Ezekiel Lake, Francesca Lake and Gabrianna Lake; great grandson Jonathan Buckner; mother, Helen Goll; 3 sisters Freda (Michael) Hastings, April Goll and Shari (Roger) Taylor, several nieces and nephews, aunt Alice Goll. He was a graduate of Ravenna High School and Michigan Technological University in Houghton where he obtained his Bachelors of Science Degree. Gary was employed with Tesa Inc. for 33 years and currently worked at the Sparta Facility as Plant Controller/Accountant. He was a sports fan and enjoyed Baseball, Basketball and Football as well as spending time outdoors in nature. Funeral Services will be held 11:00 AM Saturday, June 24th at the Ravenna Free Methodist Church 2620 S. Ravenna Rd. Ravenna, MI 49451, with Rev. Dan Graybill officiating. Burial will be in the Moorland Twp. Cemetery. Relatives and friends may meet the family Saturday one hour prior to the funeral service at church.
