Frederick Zimmer

Zimmer, Mr Frederick J. Zimmer Jr. Aged 77 of Casnovia, passed away very unexpectedly Monday June 21, 2010 at his home. He was preceded in death by his parents Fred Sr. And Alma (Schoenborn) Zimmer, sons Robert and Marty, daughter-in-law Janet, granddaughter Karen, step grandson Joshua Middleton, and brother John. Fred was a member of the K of C Council #4404 in Conklin and member of the Conklin American Legion. He is survived by his wife Pat; children Fred (Myra) Zimmer, Pam (Bernie) Fritz, Dennis (Rita) Zimmer, Theresa (Mike) Mohnke, Sharyl (Gordy) Dietrich, Renee (Ron) Butts, Jody (Barb) Zimmer, Mike (Rachael) Zimmer, Nichole Zimmer; foster daughters Carolyn Pardon and Sandy Preston; 34 Grandchildren; 29 Great Grandchildren; sister Evelyn DeCan; brothers Carl (Edith) Zimmer, Richard Zimmer; and several nieces and nephews. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Thursday 11:00 am at St Francis Xavier Church, Conklin. Fr. Phil Sliwinski Celebrant. Burial St Francis Xavier Cemetery. Visitation hours Wednesday at the Throop Funeral Home from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm with the Rosary Service Wednesday evening at 7:00 pm at the funeral home.
