Florence Vanhuizen

Florence VanHuizen, age 95, of Coopersville, was called home by her Lord Wednesday April 6, 2016. She was preceded in death by her husband Bernard, son; Jerry Lee, sister and brother in law, Ruth (Orie) Dekker; 2 brothers and sisters in law, Ben (Doreen) Knoper and Henry (Arena) Knoper. She is survived by her daughters, Shirley (Mel) Dyke and Elaine (Bill) Bosker; her grandchildren, Karl (Melissa) Dyke, Marla (Bob) Chapin, Eric Bosker, Todd (Susan) Bosker, Timm (Tina) Bosker; 14 great grandchildren; 2 great great grandchildren; brother, Donald (Donna) Knoper and several nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends may meet the family Monday 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 PM at the Throop Funeral Home, 214 Church St. Coopersville and Tuesday one hour prior to the funeral at church. Funeral services will be held Tuesday 11:00 AM at the Coopersville Reformed Church with Rev. Arnold VanBeek officiating. Burial will take place in Allendale township cemetery.
