Ethel Ulrich

Ethel C. Ulrich, age 95, passed away Monday, January 12, 2015. She was born to Sherman and Minnie (Cobel) Minnick in Cuba, IN. She was preceded in death by her husband Charles Ulrich in 2005. Ethel was a longtime resident of Allendale, MI. and was active for many years as a 4-H Leader in Allendale. She enjoyed traveling and spending time in Florida, California and thru the western states. Ethel was an avid reader and was always writing letters to keep in touch with family and friends. She was always willing to lend a helping hand and assist others in any way she could. Ethel is survived by her 4 children, Robert (Dona) Ulrich, Ronda (Alvin) Vissers, Rita (Lon) Hastings and Rebecca Ulrich; 10 grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren; 4 great great grandchildren; sister, Colleen Harris; brother, James (Ruby) Minnick; Omadean Stevens; special friends, Gene and Geraldine Rubeck and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held 11:00 am Saturday at Life Stream Church, 6561 Lake Michigan Dr. in Allendale with Rev Bill Merchut officiating. Burial will be in the Allendale Twp. cemetery.
