Mrs Elsie Langlois, aged 78, of Conklin, was called to her heavenly home Thursday Oct 25, 2012. She was born Nov 1, 1933 in Grant, MI. to Wilbur and Mary Jane (Bliss) Cushway who preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by her sister, Virginia and brothers, Mick and Bill. Elsie is survived by her husband of 58 yrs, Robert; children Debby (Dan) Callen, Todd (Laura) Langlois, Brenda Carlson, Jeff Langlois and Aimee; grandchildren Tiffany, Dan, Sam (Natasha), Adam, Brian, Ashley, Crystal, Eric, Tareyn, and Marissa; great grandchildren, Andy, Sydney, Makenzie, and Brayden; numerous foster children; brother Chuck (Colleen) Cushway; sister-in-law Carolyn Cushway; brother-in-laws George (Gladys) Langlois, Bill (Kitty) Langlois, several nieces and nephews and many special friends. Elsie was a kind and caring wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. The family is grateful to the staff at Sanctuary at St Maryé�a�a��s for the care they gave Elsie and support shown to them YOLO. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Monday 11:00 am at St Maryé�a�a��s Catholic Church, 15164 Juniper Drive, Marne, MI 49435. Fr. David Gross Celebrant. Burial will be in St Maryé�a�a��s Cemetery, Marne, MI. Relatives and friends may meet the family Sunday 3 to 6 pm at the Throop Funeral Home, 214 Church St, Coopersville and Monday one hour prior to the Mass at church.
