Edith Amy (Bailey) Whiteman

Edith Amy Whiteman, age 88, of Coopersville, passed away Thursday, September 19, 2024. She was born in Plymouth, England to the late Andrew and Elizabeth (Westlake) Bailey. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Raymond Whiteman. Amy took a lot of pride in her flower gardens around her home. She enjoyed working outside and tending to plants. She will be deeply missed by her daughter, Elaine (Leonard) Petznik; grandchildren, Tristan (Richard) Versluis, Nicholas Petznik, Rachel Copisky; great grandchildren, Clayton Bosman, Alyssa Petznik, Bryce Petznik, Ayden Trombley, Colton Petznik, Richard Versluis, Andrew Versluis, Troy Jr. Copisky, Bradley Copisky, Matteo Copisky; sisters-in-law, Arlene Whiteman, Norma Whiteman and several friends. In keeping with her wish cremation has taken place. A graveside service will be held 1:00 P.M. Wednesday, October 16, 20204 at the Coopersville-Polkton Twp. Cemetery. The family would like to invite everyone to join with them after the graveside service for a light luncheon at the Coopersville VFW Post 5598, 511 68th Ave N, Coopersville, MI 49404.
