Dorothy Vanoeffelen

VanOeffelen Miss Dorothy VanOeffelen aged 91 of Conklin was called home to her Lord and Saviour Monday Nov 1, 2010. She was born Aug 21, 1919 to Peter and Louise (Schoenborn) VanOeffelen in Conklin MI where she resided all her life. Dorothy was preceded in death by her parents; sisters and brother-in-laws, Ida (Ben) Looks, Rose (Donald) Umlor, Martha (William) Wise, Mary (Alfred) Schwallier; brothers Anthony VanOeffelen and Joseph VanOeffelen. She is survived by her sisters, Frances VanOeffelen of Conklin, Florence Corner of Vestaburg; sister-in-law, Agnes VanOeffelen of Alpine Twp.; many nieces, nephews and cousins. Mass of Christian Burial will be held Thursday 11:00 am at St Joseph Catholic Church in Conklin. Burial in St Joseph Cemetery. Visitation will be held Wednesday 4 to 7 pm at the Throop Funeral Home in Coopersville and Thursday one hour prior to the Funeral Mass at Church. The Rosary Service will be held Wednesday evening at 6:30 pm at the Funeral Home. Memorial Donations may be made to St Joseph Catholic Church or Family Choice.
