Diane Joyce (Beurkens) Robinson

Diane Joyce Robinson, age 81, passed away Thursday, April 17, 2025. She was born in Grand Rapids, MI to the late Alvin Beurkens and Isenga Granville. Diane attended Grand Rapids Junior College for 2 years, enjoyed art, chalk drawings, flowers and traveling to Ireland 2 times, Alaska, Mexico and out west federal parks twice. She liked putting together family parties for the holidays with the kids, grandchildren and great grandchildren. Diane was active for many years with the young children’s program at Coopersville Reformed Church. She will be deeply missed by her husband of 40 years, Clair Robinson; children, Andrew Robinson and Ann Pennington, David (Kim) Robinson, Elisabeth (Ken) Miedema, Rebecca (Gregg) Velthuis, Christopher Robinson; grandchildren, Brenna Robinson and Erin Michaels, Shane Robinson and Elizabeth Merrell, Ben (Ellie) Browneye, Joseph (Maria) Browneye, Travis (Christy) Robinson, Tara (Matt) Knaack, Tory Robinson, Josh (Amanda) Miedema, Nicole Miedema, Elisabeth Smith and Chad VanTatenhove, Daniel (Emilie) Smith, Audrey (Seth) Buma, Chelsea (Mike) Hapner, Logan Velthuis, Kamie (Ron) Allred, Caleb (Alisha) Robinson, Gabriella (Kevin) Vidro, and Andie Robinson; 34 great grandchildren; 1 great-great granddaughter; brother, Dave (Linda) Beurkens; sister, Karen Siebelink; brother-in-law, Bruce Robinson and several nieces and nephews.
