Dennis Gochenour

Mr Dennis Lee Gochenour, aged 71, of Coopersville passed away Thursday Aug 25, 2011 with his wife at his side. Dennis was born May 27, 1940 in Grand Rapids, MI to Marion and Beatrice (Yeomans) Gochenour. He was employed with the City of Grand Rapids as a custodial supervisor, was a member of the Marne United Methodist Church and member of the Sparta Moose Lodge. Dennis is survived by his wife Barbara; sons Daniel, Nicholas and Max; daughters Lisa (Robert) McCoy, Katherine, and Myriah; six grandchildren; two great grandchildren; two brothers Gerald (Ruby) Gochenour, Cecil (Norma) Gochenour, and many nieces and nephews. In keeping with Dennis wish cremation has taken place with a Memorial Service set for Thursday, Sept. 8, 2011, 11:00 am, at the Marne United Methodist Church, 14861 Washington St., Marne MI 49435 (located at the I-96 Eastbound on ramp at Marne). The family will receive visitors one hour prior to the service on Thursday Sept. 8th at Church and also following the service.
