Clare O. Julien, of Ravenna, after 92 wonderful years Daddy slipped into his Lord Jesus arms on Wednesday, August 28, 2013 and joined his beloved wife Marian who preceded him in death on Dec 9, 2009. He was a faithful member of Christ Temple for many years. He leaves behind to cherish his memory his children, Sandra (George) Eisen of Walker, his gentle, loving caretaker and daughter and son-in-law Pamela (Joseph) Karafa and son Clare Kevin (Esther) Julien of Montana. His grandchildren and great grandchildren, Joseph (Therese) Eisen, Leeya and Levi, Kimberly Glerum, Al, Kaysie, Robert, Lacie and Jordyn, Jeffery (Renee) Eisen and Gabrielle, J. Andrew (Thuy) Karafa, Kellee Zylstra and Rick Schafer, Lindsey (Nate) Skalandis, Mason and Emma, Davin (Tammy) Nelson and Aiden, Christopher Nelson, Jordan Julien and Isabelle. Daddy was a WW II veteran serving in the US Army and was stationed in London, England where he served as a medic. During his tour he helped save hundreds of lives. Daddy was a master carpenter during his working life. He loved first his Lord, his family and then hunting, fishing, camping and working in his wood shop and reading his Bible daily. Funeral services will be held Saturday 2 pm at Christ Temple Church, 5018 South Ravenna Rd. Ravenna, MI 49451. Following the service a luncheon will be held in the church basement. Relatives and friends may meet the family Saturday from 1 to 2 pm at the Church with private family interment in Maplewood Cemetery in Lamont. Memorial contributions may be made in Dads name to Christ Temple Church or Mercy Health VNS and Hospice, 888 Terrace St, Muskegon MI 49440.
