Carroll H. Andrews, age 88, of Coopersville passed away suddenly Sunday January 13, 2013. Carroll was preceded in death by his son Larry Andrews, brother Evan Andrews, two sisters Margaret Brown and Ema Andrews. Carroll was a life long area dairy farmer, he served on the Coopersville Co-Op board, was a MMPA member and received there outstanding member recognition award and was a long time member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Conklin. Carroll is survived by his wife of 65 years Laura; children Carol (Al) Millen, Joyce (Bruce) Hendrickson, Kurt (Julie) Andrews, Rick (Sue) Andrews, Alyce (Dave) Sturgeon; nine grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; sister-in-law Cathryn Finke and several nieces and nephews. Funeral Services 11:00 am Friday Jan 18, 2013 at Trinity Lutheran Church, 1351 Harding St, Conklin, 49403. Rev Mark Oswald officiating. Burial in Coopersville-Polkton Twp. cemetery. Relatives and friends may meet the family Thursday from 5 to 7 pm at the Throop Funeral Home, 214 Church St, Coopersville, 49404 and Friday one hour prior to the service at church.
