Betty-Jo Michalak

Betty-Jo Michalak, aged 63, of Allendale passed away Wednesday evening April 27, 2011 at her home surrounded by her family. Betty-Jo was born May 28, 1947 to Ned and Betty (Thompson) Harvey in Grand Rapids MI. She was preceded in death by her parents, daughter Missy Michalak, and brother Ned Harvey. Betty-Jo was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother and enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. She is survived by her husband of 47 yrs. Steven; daughter Molly (Bryan) Moore; granddaughters Jessica (Mark) Anderson, Erica Harig; great grandchildren Gwendolyn, Ellie, and Eli; sister Patty (Bob) Brooks; brother Rick (Joanne) Harvey, and many nieces and nephews. Funeral Services will be held Saturday 2:00 pm at the Throop Funeral Home in Coopersville. Rev John Herrick officiating. Burial will be in Rosedale Cemetery.
