Bernice Eisen

Bernice M. Eisen, age 89, of Coopersville, passed away peacefully Monday, Jan. 6, 2014. She was born in White Cloud, MI. to the late William and Lillie (Lyons) Howard. On June 7, 1941 Bernice married William R Eisen who preceded her in death in 1957. Bernice was a devoted mother and grandmother who loved to crochet, enjoyed spending time in nature and camping with family and friends. She was also a life member of Coopersville VFW Post 5598 Ladies Auxiliary. Bernice is survived by her sons, Robert L. (Pam) Eisen, George W. (Sandi) Eisen, Raymond Eisen and Fred E. (Arlene) Eisen; 15 grandchildren; several great grandchildren; sister-in-law Doris Howard and many nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be 4:00 PM Wednesday at the Throop Funeral Home with burial in Coopersville-Polkton Twp. Cemetery.
